Workflows A–D
One demo live now (Workflow B — NorthPeak Solar). Cases for A, C, and D added as pilots complete.
One owner. One reply. Nothing dropped.
Every new lead gets a confirmation email and an owner before it hits the owner's inbox.
Problem: At 1 lead/day, the cost is forgetting.
Fix: A single-owner workflow with a 24h SLA and a Slack nudge.
Round-robin that actually works.
Leads are assigned to one of your reps, replied to on template, and escalated if the 4h SLA breaks.
Problem: At 10 leads/day across 3 reps, reps cherry-pick or miss leads entirely.
Fix: Round-robin + SLA + visible escalation.
Triage across channels, with the right reply for the right source.
Each lead source gets a matching first-touch template, a correct owner, and a 30-minute SLA.
Problem: At 30 leads/day from 3 sources, channels leak differently.
Fix: Source-aware templates and per-source SLA visibility.
The first fix for a broken funnel: make the leak visible.
All leads flow into a single intake list with interim ownership, template-driven first-touch, and a 72h founder ping.
Problem: Nobody can tell you, on Friday, how many leads got worked.
Fix: One intake, one owner, one daily digest, one escalation.
How to read a case
Each case shows one workflow, one outcome, and one owner. You will see the starting score snapshot, the workflow shipped, a before/after friction map, and one piece of evidence — a short Loom, a screenshot, or an operator quote. No metrics unless we can cite the source.
"Before Argotz we'd lose leads to sheer forgetting. Now there's always one owner and one deadline."
Erika Holm, NorthPeak Solar
demo"I can tell you on Friday which of this week's leads got worked. A month ago I couldn't."
